Do you accept international sales?
ABSOLUTELY! I am happy to sell internationally. Shipping however, can be costly on the type of item that I sell. Please email me before placing an order and I will provide you with a shipping quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer PayPal or Google Checkout. However, we will happily accept Personal Checks or postal money orders.

If I pay you with a personal check, is there a delay in getting my merchandise?
Yes, sorry, there will be a delay. All items paid for by a personal check will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Since we have no way of knowing exactly when this is, we have set a time frame that is acceptable in the industry. That hold time is 10 days.

If I pay you with a money order is there a delay in getting my merchandise?
No. Postal Money orders are treated "same as cash" and your item will be shipped promptly.

Once I pay for the item when will you ship my merchandise?
I will ship your item within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

What kind of communication can I expect from you regarding my purchase?
1) Confirmation of the order will come directly from me. 2) Confirmation of receipt of payment and an expected date of shipment. 3) Confirmation of shipment and the approximate transit time for your product to reach you. 4) Inside your package, there should always be a detailed packing slip.

What if I make an error when placing my order?
If this happens, email me immediately. I will be happy to take care of what ever the problem is.

What if my package arrives and there is a problem with it?
If it is a problem with the package itself and the delivery person is still there, ask him/her to stay and immediately inspect the package. Then email me with the details. I will then contact the carrier and file a claim form.

Contact me immediately upon arrival that there is a problem with the item.
